§ 3 Availability of the Website
M3E GmbH aims to provide 24-hour availability of the Website. However, interruptions may occur due to necessary maintenance work.
Availability may also be interrupted due to force majeure or other causes beyond the control of M3E GmbH, such as intentional acts or gross negligence by third parties.
M3E GmbH points out that:
